a formation to win from each formation any ideas

any ideas gamers help please played 4 leage games won 1 lose 3 times a realy bad start for me need advice

None! choose a formation that suits your players. Experiment with different formations...

i have a idea start with 4-1-3-2 (simple to make 4-3-1-2/4-1-2-1-2) and you have good formations to begin with

play classic 4-4-2 and sometimes use red/blue arrows... check your orders/strategy and adjust that to each opponent e.g. have attacking mentality vs bad teams and normal/defensive vs good or better teams...
ofc check the transfer market to get good players and keep training the players who train well...

There's no formation that will beat every formation.

Defensive Suggestion: 4-5-1(Flat)
Offensive Suggestion: 4-3(Narrow)-2(Wide)-1

Do like me. 34 seasons and just 2 formations... that is 1 4-3-3 just a little bit changed... lol

4-4-2 is a pretty simple and strong formation.
