Please help (wtf lose).

Please help me. How to beat this guy?
My team is 97.6 and he have team with 95.5 stars.
I played with 4-4-2, and he had illegal formation 2-1-4-1-2 (wtf?), and I lost 2:1.
In first 10 minutes he scored 2 goals. In second half I scored 1 goal, and that's all.
I tried to change formation to 3W-4-3, I changed pressing to "by sides" and forced "very offensive" type of attacking, but there wasn't result changes.
I was at home, (+3) and I was on match (+8).
My players had full performance and full moral.
I don't know what the fu*k happened.

Can someone help me to beat this guy? Thanks. :)

His weapons are his offensive formation.
Maybe you can try 5-3N-2 deffensive counter ON and long pass to jump his midfield.

Attack by both sides, red arrows over DL / DR.

4-1-4-1(am) then red arrows midfield and am (pressure own half/ attacking normal-shortpassing)

This way you have 4 def and 6 mc

then roll the dice and maybe you are lucky with a lot of possession

I'd treat it like a 3-4-1-2 and attempt to counter with either a 4-5-1V or 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond.

All I can say is that troll results do happen. Trust me, I have seen worse then this.
