it's not bad your system
If you have a AMC/AML or AMR/AMC try 4-4-2 narrow diamond, from the middle.
attack him through the middle with 2 AMC and 2/1 Striker
To beat 4-4-2 formations I use 4-1(DMC)-2(W)-2(N)-1 with red arrows on the Mids and Attacking Mids, passsing through the middle.
