Help to beat 3-3-2-2

I have an important match to win he is using 3-3-2-2 with LDM CDM RDM 2 MC AND 2 ST please help keep in mind my team is better .
It's a weird formation so I'm worried about going Attack heavy and loosing on counters

Lol I just played a match using that formation and won 1-0... Opponent was using 4-1-3w-2 and then changed to 3w-1-4-2.. So dont go for those 2 formation

What I noticed from my match, most of his attacks which actually had me biting my nails were from his wingers. I suggest you use a formation with wingers, maybe 4-4-2 or 4-3w-3... Attack down the flanks, mixed passing with own half pressing... If playing 4-3w-3 red arrows on ML/R, MC and all ST's...

Not saying it will work but just suggestions. Maybe get other members to give a bit more info on this...

Try 4-2-2W-2, defeat me using this formation 3-1 with less Q.
