No counter and offside... Counter on when playing defensive.
Blue arrows on DL/R... You playing against 4-1-4-1 right? If the attacking mentality doesnt seem to give you goals, play defensive, down the flanks, own half pressing, zonal marking, long balls. Counter on, offside off.
