In sticky thread stand you can Counter the 4-1-1-2W-2 with a 3N-3W-2-2

Problem is, that i dont have those Positions in my Team.

Will this Formation works too ?

what tactics i shoud use ? Current i have normal, through the middle, Long pass, no conter attack, no offside trap, own half and zonal marking
