    Pressing question

    Is own half pressing the same as low pressing? I had to log in via facebook and i'm seeing these new phrases.

    haha we posted the same question at same time.

    I am hoping it's just new phrases, and that low means own half and high, whole pitch, but really would like to know for sure...
