I am playing this weird formation tomorrow, any advice on how to beat? Think need to play DMC to counter AMC but he has a big gap in midfield so thinking 4-4-1 with red arrows on the two central MC's?

You could probably use any variant of narrow formation.
I would use either a 5-3(N)-2, 4-4(ND)-2 or a 4-1-3(N)-2. If you use either of these, you will be relying on your full-backs to deal with the ML & MR.
If you don't feel like doing that, then I'd stick to 4-4-2 or 4-1-4-1 you're planning.
I won! I used 4-1-4-1 with red arrows on ML, MR , DL, DR and DMC. Defensive, mixed passing, hard tackling, counter attack on. It was a narrow 1-0 victory but possesion was 63% and i was playing away from home. Also won the league L7 today, thanks for the advice!
