It's the end of the season, and I want a complete renewal of my team. Regarding players I don't want to leave, I want to try this tactic :

However, I have no idea about the arrows, forwards and backwards (or no arrow) for the players and about orders.

Can you help me ? Even a link to this tactic made by someone would help me, I didn't find one. Thanks !

Help you what, manage your team? Try experimentation and using your own ideas or researching more indepth on here. All I want to do is give a troll answer but i'm trying to be nicer.
