3-0-3-2-2 Counter?

I tried to search for this formation and counter it but could not find anything.

He used a 3-0-3-2-2 and I tried to counter with 4-5v-1 attacking and lost 3-1

Thanks Ioannis...I made the mistake by playing attacking thinking I could beat only 3 defenders. Will change to Defense, Flanks, Low Pressing, Normal Tackling, Long Pass, Zonal.

Should I force counter attacks?

I usually have counters off when I start the match, if nothing's happening I switch it on and see what that does...

Will will give it a try and post my results after the game this afternoon.
