Need Tactics for using 3-3-2-2 against 4-5-1 Flat

Hello everybody,

I'm quite new to TOP11 and playing my 2nd Season, after starting in Season one at the 26th day, ended as rank 13, so i'm current in Manager Level 1.

My aim is to become rank 1-4 this season for qualifing to the CL next Season.


For this i have my first question.


First League Game is against a 4-5-1 Flat Formation.

I would use a 3n-3n-2w-2 Formation. 3 MC for better controling the midfield. The 3n-3n-2w-2 is quite similiar to the 3-5-2 V, which is intended to Counter the 4-5-1 Flat.

But now i dont know which TACTICs I should use.


I would Play:

1) Offensive
2) Both Flanks
3) Long passes (No DMC and cause of my AMR/AML)
4) No Counter attack
5) Whole phitch
6) Normal Tackling
7) Zonal Marking
8) No offside Trap

Is that right ??
