I need to fight against this formation

Normally I play with 3W-1-2W-1-3 in normal, middle, short, OFF, whole field, hard, room defense, no trap. But in my last league game I losed against a classic 4-3N-3N

Now I try to find another formation against this style.

I'm just worried, because it looks very strange and my Middlefield is pretty empty 😕 any comments or suggestions?
