You should use 4-5-1 V-style in my opinion as he is very weak on the wings but you are still strong in the middle . You could also use 3-5-2 V-Style with blue arrows on you DC's .
Tactics very on he strength of his team . If you are stronger play attacking mentality and if even or weaker start of with normal and if it's not working go attacking . Down both flanks and maybe red arrows on your aml/amr . Mixed passing and counter attacks are your choice as it may or may not work depending on his mentality . Low pressing
Tackling is your preferred choice . Zonal marking and offside trap off .
