4-4-2 c, 4-2-2-2 hexagon or 4-3n-3. Exploit the 3w defenders, since that's his weakness (1 DC shouldn't be able to cover multiple strikers). Back 4 covers both ST's and the wingers, then 2 MC's to negate his.

4-3n-2w-1 is a solid formation, but 3w-5-2 V is probably a managers best option against that formation. 3w defenders cover lone ST and AMR/AML. DMC and 2 MC's negate 3 MC's and the ML/(A)ML, MR/(A)MR and 2 ST's are whats left over for the offense. Granted, that doesn't mean 4-3n-2w-1 won't beat this tactic, but all other things equal it'll require a troll for the 4-3n-2w-1 to pull it off.
