Tomorrows match. 2nd meeting. 1st match 4-4-2 vs my 3N412 2-2 draw. Gave thought to play Man2Man but never use it so stick with what players are accustomed. Will be playing match and most likely will drop Loekeren to MC.
4-4-2 is a very balanced formation and there isn't exactly a counter.
try a formation with at least 4 position of defenders (DL-DC-DC-DR) and whatever you can set with your best (quality and form) players.
