Counter for 3W-1-0-3W-3

My CL final opponent use this formation：

ST-ST-ST
AML--AMC--AMR

DMC
DL----DC----DR

Have you ever met this kind of formations?

In my last season, I have a opponent in League with a similar formation, in which there is no player in mid field. He is hard to be defeated even with very low quality.

I've also tried this formation with normal, mix, long ball, hard tackling, and win a 4:1 vs 413W2.

So....Could you give me an advice to counter this formation?
