yeah, there is no best tactic but try to find a tactic that fits with your good players.
If you have good wingers play 4-5-1V
if good ML & MR go with 4-4-2
if good MC & ST then 4-3-3
if players from middle, play 4-1-2-1-2 (4-4-2 narrow diamond).
