Hello, im now on Manager Level 4, got some good players etc.
but now I want to ask you, what would you make better here at my formation or Settings?
and please, can tell me someone how to set the blue/red arrows?

Get a better DL to replace Llapashtica, and your starting eleven will be great.

You should get a reserve GK and maybe another ST. Basha and Ramos can go, and Llapashtica too, actually. Just make sure you have enough subs to cover injuries here and there. 4-3-3 is a great formation in the sense that it only uses a flat back four, MCs and STs, so it's very easy to get the players for it, and cover for any absentees. I see no reason for you not to buy only 5* players, you can slot them into the starting eleven and move some of your current starters to the bench.

nah for me it's a bit difficult to modify your formation, coz you only have players with limited position...

maybe, you can try this formation if you want:

counter attack, own half, through the middle, attacking mentality, mixed pass, normal tackling..

basically, i dont like formation with 3 ST...

Forgot to analyse your tactics. I would use own half pressure, because whole pitch tires your players too much. No offside traps since you'll be using own half pressure, and no force counter attacks because you are attacking. The rest is fine.
