4-2-3w-1 normal, mixed, strong pressing, hard, short, zonal. start with red on aml and amr. if the pressure you make is to low, you should delete your arrows and put only one single arrow on st! a great win wont be a Problem with it ;)

you can win with 4-5-1 v, too.
this time i Play 4-5-1 v in each match. i begin with normal, flanks, strong pressing, short, hard/ normal, zonal. red on dl and dr and sometimes with offside trap. in some cases i Change my arrows to aml and amr (sometimes +st).
the 2. Option for 4-5-1 v is normal, flanks, low pressing, mixed / Long, hard/ normal, zonal. sometimes + Counter attack. red on dl and dr or red on aml and amr (sometimes + st).

no i dont think so. a Manager in this game has to find out how a Formation work and to find out the opponents orders.
you can only see the formations that the opponents Play, but not their orders! that is what we have to find out. it would be boring when the same orders work in every match.
