Very strange formation (4-DMC/L-2-2)

Hi everybody,

my opponent tomorrow has this STRANGE formation:

and he has won all the matches for the Champions Group.

What do you think? Its like somebody tilt the field hahaha

3n-4-3, attacking/down the flanks/high pressing/short passing/hard tackle/zonal - no counter/offsides

If u wish for a less aggressive setup, then 4-4-2 classic/4-2-2-2 hex. normal/down flanks/low press/mixed/hard/zonal - no counter/no offsides.

played 3n-4-1-2 , then switched to 3n-4-3... won 3-0. Thanks for your advice!
