4-3-2-1 One Striker

I stopped playing the game for a year or so. I decide to give it another shot. I read somewhere that someone strongly suggest not to use 1 striker tactics. This is my tactic:

Shoul I go with this tactic or change it 4-3-1-2 with 1 AMC and 2 strikers?

only one st is no Problem! but i would not set an arrow on mc. maybe in some cases a blue arrow.
red on aml and amr is ok, but in some cases dl and dr Need those arrows

Thanks for reply. I change arrows in match, but I would consider arrows on mc. I always use 2 mc without arrow, and one with forward arrow.
