Good formation ?

Is this formation good ? Tips please for 4-3-3 formation ! ;)Attachment 54929

It's not good. You must have also players in your wings or else you 'll have a small penalty in possession.
So play better with 4d-3MC-3ST (or ML-MC-MR).
I don't use arrow in my STs. They are already in attack.

In some cases the st Need arrows. in my 4-4-2 i often set one blue and one red arrow. last Weekend i tried to Play 4-3-2w-1 and there was a match against a Hexagon where i had to set a blue arrow on my st. after Setting this arrow, he scored 2 Goals.
