Need to counter 1-3-3-2-1 tactics

I need to counter GK-DC-DMR-DMC-DML-MC-MC-MC-AMR-AML-ST, he have stronger team then me, any options ?

Weird formation. Maybe 4-4-2 (4 defenders against his 3 attackers, 4 midfielders against his 3 mc's).

Maybe use long passing to outplay his defensive midfielders? Not sure if that will work.

thanks Duncton i go 4-4-2 with attack with flanks and long passing. i won 3:4 and now waiting for match on my stadion should be easy :)
