    3-4-1-2 formation...

    3 DC, ML-MC-MC-MR, AMC, 2 ST

Looks like he has taken the defensive option... Go with attacking mentality, pressing full pitch with offside trap, down both flanks, mixed passing, zonal marking, normal tackling and no counter. No arrows.

He's got so many players out of position so you should beat him easily.

Yep, you should beat him because he has midfielder as goalkeeper and midfielders in defence... He will get a lot of yellow cards so you should have a good free kick taker so you can gain advantage, put Pereira on free kicks

You were lucky, I think you played a bad formation vs 5-3-2.

not really... dominated him 68% .. and he was even watching .. so i had no 8% advantage .. and we both are same quality
it is simple ... close down all doors he may attack me by filling the gaps .. but letting me having more mid over him to dominate the game and attack his in the central area to isolate his full backs and wingers out of the game.. and it worked like a charm

there is no other way .. i need 2 STs minimum to have a chance of scoring facing his 5 at the back ... and is stupid to attack him at the flanks when he has 2 at each side .. it is only simple logical option that keep me having 5 at back but still 5 in mid and 2 Sts and avoid his strongest area defensively which are the flanks
