Need help Against a weird formation

Hello footie experts,

I have a cup game second leg today against an unusual formation. He plays:

Rb. CB. Lb.
Dmc.
Mc. Mc.
Amr. Amc. Aml
St

I played 451v in the first leg (away) and lost to him 2-1. Neither were watching

Team ratings are very close. I'm just one point ahead.

I need to win this one. Any suggested formation/tactics? Help is appreciated.

Bare in mind I haven't faced that yet so I can't guarantee you success.

It's a kind of weird 4-2-3-1 but with a DMC instead of CB.
I've beaten 4-2-3-1 with 4-2-2-2 hexagon so I would suggest that.
