Help with tactics on the 4-1-4-1 Formation please??

This is my team at the moment. Basically I just want some help with setting up my player arrows (Red and Blue). I would also like some advice how to setup my team mentality with this formation also. You can see my team tactics above and below.

This is a difficult one because how do you want to play?
It's a defensive formation so start with defend. If you want to park the bus play with no red arrows and put a blue arrow on your DMC.

If a team only plays with one player on their flank (example, 1 DL or 1 ML or 1 AML vica versa) then you'll want to overwhelm that flank with red arrows on full backs and wide midfielders. 4 red in total.

Low
Hard
Mixed
Zonal
Counter on
Offside off

Red arrows on ML, MR Blue on DMC
