What counter formation do you guys recommend against a 4-3N-3N?

i've got a cup match later today against this formation.

Counter formation table suggests 4-1-4-1 and that's exactly what I use against it (but I guess you already played your match).

4-1-4-1, 3N-1-5-1, 3N-1-3MC-AML-AMR-1, 3N-1-4-2, 3N-1-4-1-1

Ok. But one important note: don't change formation to 451V which is very similar to 4141, but 43n3 is direct counter for 451V.
In case you need goal, better take one defender off and put in 2nd ST, switch to 3n142

I have succes with the narrow diamond against 4-3-3

I was going to use the narrow diamond, but went with the 4-1-4-1 instead. I played red arrows on the wings and dml/dmr's with blue arrows on the dmc. I won 4-0.
