43N3 is offensive formation by default so it doesn't need attacking tactic. Instead I would suggest:
normal mentality, passing mixed or through middle (passing settings effectivity varies from match to match so there is no single universal setup), tackling normal or hard, zonal marking, counterattack off, offside trap off (optional on against 3st formations).
Arrows:
blue on 2 side ST's and on one middle MC. Red arrows on DL and DR if opponent doesn't have AML and AMR.
Be careful against 352 type formations.

Counter attack and attacking mentality should not be used together. Attacking ment. could be used with offside trap. However, counter attack should be used with defensive mentality.
