if anyone can tell me please how to set my arrows and tactics for this formation, because i am not very familiar with it:

High pressing

Zonal
No counter
Offside on

Red arrows on ML and MR.

Very attackive but major weakness on the wings.

is this formation a good counter against 3-4 -1-2?

Yeah but with zonal instead of man to man it balances itself out. If I were using this formation I'd want to win the ball high up the pitch far away from my goal as possible.
