Which one is better ?

Hi everyone, I'm new here, and naturally I have some questions. I play this game since 3-4 years and I will now change my old formation.
Yeah, the question is simple but difficult. Which one is better ?

I will playing with 5-3-2 but this formation very defencesive. For example, I can't score against weak opponents and that's not good for me -_- Results is usually 1-0 or 2-0.

3-2-3-2 looks like good but I have not trying this formation long time and I have no idea what can I do whit this. It's look a tactic for possession.

4-3-3 yeah this formation is offensive but, I have not right players for this. And it's looke for rookies

And the last one, my old formation was 4-1-2-1-2... It was good but now is very boring

I wait your answers, naturally you can advice different formations.
