Need the right advance tactic

I need a little advise for this tactic, I need help to set the right advance tactic so please if any wanna help then comment..

To Use this formation I recommend you use Attacking,Pass Through middle,Mixed Passing,Counter Attack Off,High Pressing,Zonal marking if your Deffenders are weak in speed compared to Ur opponents Strikers and Man To man if it's the other way round,Offside trap if you are deffending

Don't put any arrows on defenders and put down arrow on DMC

defend shouldnt put arrows, your DMF is Slight right

Your team is weak (about quality I mean). Only two 5* players I can see.
So , I believe you should play defense/counter attack if you want to have some good results.

For many season I also play with 442ND before I try use my current formation (3W-3DM-1-2W-1) at this season and sometimes change to 442ND during match :)

Maybe you can try use this setting for 442ND, work good for me.

All use default setting, only put Red on DL+DR, if 1st half you not score or oppo score goal then you can change to attacking + high pressing + hard tackle.
