Against 2-5-3 illegal formation

Anyone know what to play here against this formation

Our quality Are Both 46,0

play with your usual formation.
His formation gonna be fixed in the game (but probably not the position of the players).

So 3-4-3 would do it i have Been using counter formation whole this season so i am not sure.
