Form counter-formations

Hello managers, I created a form with Google Forms, so you can send us your experiences from training, I ask you to send only if they have at least 2 using this tactic.

So I'm thinking about doing another but much more detailed, with more information, and the orders, so I ask that you send the counter formations can be to those that already have this topic up, but you'll have to expecificar orders and all, with this I will create a "database" and maybe even quit an application for Android and iOS.
