I'm up against the top team in the league tomorrow. He's using an unusual formation:

Anyone has an idea how to handle this?

Help is always appreciated.

Faced the same (teams of similar quality), away - drew 0-0 with 4-5-1 V style with slight domination but no goals...

Attacking or defending?

I was thinking maybe a modified butterfly would work

Something like 3-2w-2n-1-2

I did and I won 4-1

I killed him in counter attacks

With the butterfly ? Surprisingly the team who plays like this in my league has the best defense and one of the worst attacks.
