Tactis for 3-1-3-3

I am currently using 3-1-3-3.

3 st
3 mc
1dmc in the centre dmc
1 dl
1 dr
1 dc in the centre

everyoen has a front arrow
defender have down arrow
and the dmc has no arrows

what tactics to use i am playing in android i dont have have pressing style as whole pitch please help me.

Or do i have to change my formation if yes tell me the tactics for that one.

and how to enable win bonus.
