How to Beat 3w-1-3n-1-2 and 3N-3W-1-3

Hello managers, could help me with these two teams? I need to know how to combat them effectively!

For the 1st opponent I would go for 3w/4/1/2 with blue arrows to 3 defenders,red arrows for mr/ml,down both flanks,offside trap,force counter attacks,high pressing

2nd one 3/5/2 v,both flanks,long passes,force counter attacks,high pressing

For 1st opponent don't try down the flanks as one defender is scout and both are in dl/dr position.Counter attack may work and long passes also uselful.
For 2nd opponent never try counter attack as opponent has major defenders,never try long passes in major defense.If you have dribbler then you may win.
