need help with set play for 4-1-2-1-2

All players in the middle are in close proximity so you can play with short passing.
Focus through the middle as that is your strong point.
You can play normal or attacking depending on opponent
Zonal marking
Normal tackling against easy or equal quality, hard against stronger (in form teams)
Don't play counter, especially if they have wingers.
I haven't done arrows on diamond so I'm not sure. If attacking then both fullbacks red.
You can play own half and if need to, change to whole pressing. It depends on how aggressive you want to be at the expense of condition.
