Hi. This is a quite suicidal formation, that a 5-3N-2 or a 5-1-2-2 should counter without problems.
About strategy:
Mode: Normal
Target: Center
Pass: Mixed ( or Long if weaker opponent)
Tackling : normal or hard (it depends)
Counterattack : ON
Offside Trap : OFF (too many offensive opponent players to risk it fails)
About Arrows:
Blue arrows for 3 DC
Red arrows for : DL,DR, central MC (or DMC), 2 ST
Focus passing-Down the flank.
Pass-Mixed
Tackles:Normal
Pressing-Low
Offside and counter attack-off
Use red arrows on AMR/AML or MR/ML

I was talking about tactics not formation but anyways I use 4-5-1.
I use only one striker which is scout.I like to counter attack against strong teams.
