I'm having trouble countering this formation. I don't have a set formation I use, I just usually counter my opponent. I feel I have strong players in all positions so I can pretty much use any formation. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would go for a super defensive with counter from flanks

I won 3 to nil. Red arrows on dl dr aml and amr. Normal mentality no counter
