    Countering the narrow diamond formation

So guys Im on quarter final CL and my opponent is playing a narrow diamond formation his Defenders and striker are all 6 stars .
For me I was thinking To counter him with a 4-5-1V or 3-1-4-2 my team is all 6 stars and I have an AMR ST MR 7 stars shadow striker ( he is 128.0 quality and Im 131) .
So the question is what formation should I use ?

Never ever. The diamond will get through your defense like a hot knife in half-melted butter. 4-5-1 V should do as you seem to have a better side.

I used 3-1-4-2 and lost 2-0 but I won the second match using the 3-2-3-2 and won 4-0 ( seriously one of the best formations) and I won the cup to lol
