Lightbulb How to beat a 4-3-1-2

Guys, I really need help! At the 25th of Januar 2016 I'm playing against a level 8 manager, while I'm lvl7. My general stars are 51.8 while her's (yeah, it's a girl) are 48.6, however, she still has a kinda better midfield than me. We are playing for the cup. Please, help me really quick. Here are her tactics, what should I do?!?

3-5-2 v style should do it to. She shall probaly play trough the middle or mixed. So 3 defence should be better

Too many factors affect orders but let's say opponent is equal quality

Normal, down both flanks, mixed, high pressing, normal tackling, zonal, no counter, no offside.

If both of you stick with your formations make sure you man mark, own half.

I would go with 4-1-4-1 high pressure short pass down flanks, 5 in front red arrows, 5 in the back blue arrows, man marking, with attacking mentality that you might need to switch to normal if you get ahead with 2 goals or more.
