Which is the best formation between this two ?

Hi guys...
I've played 11 Season with my love 4-3-3 formation...
Now i wanna change it in a 4-3-1-2 ... with one more amc and one less striker...
It's a good idea or not ? What do you think about ?

I think it's a good idea. It's ever so slightly harder to keep the squad for it, but still a very small squad is required. Why the change?

Hi.. thank you .. mmm nothing of special, there isn't a really reason... only because i've seen that is more competitive against 4-4-2 and 4-1-2-1-2 ... this two formations, with my old 4-3-3 beat me EVER ! Now i can win maybe =D (today i've win 4-2 against normal 4-4-2 , and 3 of my 4 goals were scored by AMC =D =D )
