Playmaker is the one who create chances for other players by passing and mind game and I can't understand your point.Can you explain me more please

yes you can still choose captains and assign the special ability playmaker to your players to learn.

in the old version it was possible to choose captains, strikers, and also playmakers before the match. In the new version the last possibility does not exist anymore.

Do you mean the penalty takers, free kick takers, corner takers, and captains? If so, you'll see a little green arrow on bottom right corner of Squad screen.
