4-1-2-2-1 or 4-1-2-3

I'm wondering what formation to do.
i playd all 10 seasons in 4-4-2 but 5 sesones i dont wint anything.
I'd love to have you advise what formation to do and what roles to give the player?

Play any formation, just have at least AML/AMR and only 1ST. I've played 4-5-1V, and it's one of those formations hard to break down (unless the oppo's playing 4-4-2). I'd been on a record 26-game unbeaten run.

Same here using 4-5-1v I am unbeaten in this league season.I can switch to counter attack or attacking mentality with few change in settings and arrows.
Anyways It only works if you have best striker and dmc.

Well now I use 4-3-2-1, but my orders for 4-5-1v were:
Defensive, down flanks, mixed passing, force CA, low press,normal tackle, man marking.

How counter 4-4-1-1 ??

You can use counter 4-4-1-1 next formations:
3-5-2 Flat

I haven't experience with arrows but i can reccoment next:
*blue arrow:the players with possitions that Motsunaga;
*red arrow:the players with possitions that Dos Santos,Kehinde,Dica,Jenkin(and maybe Stoll and Lopes).

I think tactik for 352 flat ( 3-3-2-2) arrow AML AMR ST (RED) & MC (NORMAL) mentality attacking, down boat flanks, normal,zonal,no counter attack no offside trap is that true??

Yes,is true.I think red arrows on MC can help your attacking menatality,but is correct and your tactik with normal MC for safety on middle of the team.

Everything is right but remeber to turn on offside trap when you have 3 defenders as it may help you to play against counter attack.And man on man marking works here because you have less player in defending zone.Any other question?

If I play with 3-3-2-2 vs 4-3MC-2AML AMR-1ST who win ?

To be true 4-3Mc-aml/amr may win if they put hard defending and counter attacks on.

451vstyle / 352 flat (3-3-2-2) or 3DC-1-4-2 which one tactic for stop 4-3MC-2-1 ??
