Unusually narrow formation.

I am playing against these in 3 hours, I initially wanted to play a 442 since it guarantees more security against unusual formations. But on the second thought, I decided to come here, since i can gain some tips from tactical gurus here. So guyz, what would be the ideal counter for the formation above. Thanks

3-1-4-2 red arrows on mr and ml

4-4-2 is little risky vs 2ST +AMC.
Better use a DMC instead of DR.

Thanks Sergio and Nik, I had network problem so was not able to do anything. But immediately I logged in, I scored a goal supplied by my assist king 'ozil' . So I rode my luck and won 2 3, he scored from two quick counter attacks even though I switched to normal and short passing.

There is another formation I would like to share, thought is better to combine instead of starting another thread. I watched his game today, from what I saw he is on counter attacks. Below is the formation(illegal )

4-5-1V from the flanks of course

@Awe that illegal formation of 2 DC and 2 DMC is pure trash against a 4-5-1V. Down the flanks and it's a shoe-in.
