I have a match tomorrow against a guy with a stronger team.
He uses this formation:

Dl dc dc dr
I read that 4-5-1v is effective against it but i need your opinions too.

4 Defenders 1 Dmc 2mc 1 AmC 2 Str use that formation attack through middle
I would go for 4-5-1V with counters. Deffensive mentality. Mixed passing. Long passing, own half pressing. Blue arrows on your DL/DR and red arrows on your AML/AMR/ST.
Okay I will try 4-5-1v and if something goes wrong I will change to Shakir's. Anyway thanks for help, I will post the result.
