How am I going to win the cup final?

This is my opponent and is much stronger than me



And this is my team. I usually play 4-4-2, but I found a good AMR in the market with Shadow Strike and I put it a little forward.
As a tactic I usually go attacking or hard attacking during the match, and with high pressin style in case of emergency. Playing this way has granted me at least 4 leagues and 3 Champion's League.



Is it possible to beat this higher level opponent? Hopefully with luck on my side for once...

Playing attacking vs an opponent that much above you who has much more midfielders then you is going to be bad. He's going to dominate possession. If you want to stick with your formation, a defensive/counter strategy hitting the right flank is what I'd do. I'd prefer to get more players in the midfield tho.

According to what you suggest, I'd take out one ST (Wiktorek), put in one more MC and keep the AMR.

I won against an opponent more stronger just like in your case in the champion league's quarter finals by playing normal and switching counter on, hitting flanks too. I feel defensive strategy will invite more pressure on you, it's difficult to concentrate for 90mins you know. What I have deduced from playing normal is that your player maintain their shape and chose wisely, the attacking moments. so I would play normal instead of being defensive. You could consider playing a 3man defence since he has just a strike so that you could employ that man in midfield. Goodluck

Only defensive may help you to play with possesion and your player may counter ocassionaly but normal mentality is not possible against strong ones.Although I will recommend hard defending with counter attacks.

4-4-2 is not good for defensive counter attacks so try 4-5-1v.
