How to win against 3-2-3-2.

I don't like going against that formation. It's the formation that the in-game mourinho team uses as far as I've seen and I've never beaten that.

So i have no solid suggestion, but maybe i can share my thought process which may or may not help. Hopefully it may at least give you some inspiration.

That formation is very strong inside that hexagon, so I want to hit the flanks. I also don't want any attacking midfielders because the defense is very strong on that line.

How did your AMR/L do in that first leg?

I initially thought to push AMR/L to MR/L with a low press (he's much stronger in his field and I'd want to draw his players into my field and then counter). 4-1-4-1

Then i was thinking 3n-2dmc-4-1, normal (or defensive) with counter, low press, short passing, focus down both flanks.

If your AMR/L did ok in first leg, maybe even 3n-2dmc-2n-2w-1

I would go with 4-5V-1 (DL, DC, DC, DR, DMC, MC, MC, AML, AMR, ST) or 3-5-2 flat. He is basically playing 5-3-2 format, so you need more midfilders to try break his defense. I like to play 4-5V-1 style.

4-5-1 V doesn't work at all if his wingbacks are good. You need to expose the defenders' passing and hope they are unbalanced offensively with an attacking high press formation.

4-4-2 classic is night mare for 4-5-1v.
