Opinions would be appreciated.....

hi, i'm looking for opinions on the formation i should use against a {w3-2DCM-w3-2} or he may go with an attacking midfielder & one up top instead....
i have a slightly better player average, 32 v his 29....i was thinking of going with a {n3-1-4-2} or 1-1 up top....i had considered {n3-1-n2-w2-2} but thought his w3 in the middle would leave my flanks exposed :(
just had a peek at his squad & he's got 'em set up different but i reckon it's a smokescreen as there's too many out of position....& his 3 games this season, he has used the formation i suggested.
here's a peek at his armoury :D any thoughts shared would be much appreciated ;)

I would anticipate that formation by going forward through the middle with a 4-1-2-1-2 diamond without wingers (DM,2CM,AMC).

Short passing and attacking would be best, it always works out for me. :)
