3DC + 1DMC and whatever you have good for attack.
I would use 3DC+1DMC+3MC+AML+AMR+ST

I'd prefer 3n-5-2V (but I rarely ever switch formations in a season). As Nik said, 3DC+1DMC mark his attack well. And he has only 1 DC; I'd prefer to use 2ST in this case, as his fullbacks will be busy marking the wingers.
